Yes. We allow changes up to 2 hours after the order is placed. After this time frame, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make any changes.
Please get in touch with our customer service team immediately at info@darlingsjewelry.com and we will happily assist your with correcting your order.
However, if you realize once your order has already been shipped to you then we are unable to make any adjustments for you.
Our jewelry is made with only the best premium metals. In most cases, we select 18K Gold plated stainless steel to increase shine and durability, while preventing tarnish. We also use Sterling Silver and Rose Gold plating.
Each piece is guaranteed tarnish free, water resistant, and hypoallergenic.
Every product page lists out the material used. We suggest checking the product's description first but if you still have questions please feel free to email our customer service team at info@darlingsjewelry.com.
We ask that you have no more than 12 letters on custom jewelry pieces. More than 12 letters would distort the look and feel of the jewelry.
Unfortunately, we can not use special characters at this time. Customization with underscore (_) or hyphen (-) is allowed.
The prices on our website is in US dollars and any price difference you may encounter is due to a currency conversion to your local currency.
Shipping
Please allow 3-5 working days to process your order before shipping with the exception of customize items.
Please note that if you place a custom order, it can take 2-4 weeks to prepare your order as each piece is handmade just for you!
Good things take time to create. Our items are made to order and handcrafted with love, so please allow up to 25 business days for production and delivery. Shipping times will vary globally, but these are typically the estimated delivery times:
USA: 10-20 business days
Canada: 12-20 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 12-20 business days
UK: 14-20 business days
Europe: 14-20 business days
Other destinations may require longer delivery times and tracking information may be unavailable in your home country. For expedited shipping options, please make your request to info@darlingsjewelry.com.

You will receive an order update and tracking information once it has been shipped out of our warehouse. This process can take 3-5 working days after the order has been placed.
Please allow some time for the tracking information to register and activate in the system.
Sometimes delays can happen and we ask that all of our customer to remain patient as orders shipped out through international methods. Please reach out to our customer service team at info@darlingsjewelry.com with your order number and we will work with our shipping partners to provide you with a status update.

If you missed your delivery and failed to pick up the package in due time, your postal office will automatically send your package back to us. We are not held responsible for unclaimed packages or wrong shipping address.
We can provide a replacement for you, however, you will need to cover the cost of reshipment. Please email info@darlingsjewelry.com for assistance.
Custom | Preorder
Preorder items are products which are currently not in stock and will be available to ship in the future. Usually between 3-4 weeks.
The benefits of purchasing preorder items are that you will get exclusive first access to the new items and substantial discount in the price of the items.
Returns | Exchanges
We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date with the exception of custom orders as personalized pieces are final sale. For return/exchange process, please email us at info@darlingsjewelry.com.

Exchanging a gift is easy! We allow returns and exchanges within the first 30 days of your purchase.

Please note that custom jewelry cannot be returned or exchange as each piece is uniquely made for you.

Custom order can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order because orders are sent into production almost immediately after the order is placed and they are each handmade and individually personalized.
For everything else, no cancellations are allowed as orders are sent to the shipping process almost immediately after the order is placed. We are happy to help with an exchange or return once you have receive your order!

Jewelry Care
Yes you can. All of our jewelry is tarnish free, water resistant, and hypoallergenic. We recommend reviewing our jewelry care page for more info.
The metals we use for our jewelry are stainless steel, sterling silver, copper, or brass. Even though they are non-tarnishable and waterproof, we still recommend keeping our pieces away from any liquid or lotion as a rule of thumb to make your pieces last a lifetime.
Yes, we will happily send you a new item if the jewelry was defected or was damaged during shipping.
Please email info@darlingsjewelry.com with your order number and a photo of the jewelry item that was broken or tarnished.
We will also replace any jewelry that was cover under our one-year warranty. Please visit our jewelry insurance to add protection to your order.
We have a 30 day replacement policy starting from the day the jewelry was delivered. We will replace broken or tarnished pieces.

Discount | Promotion
No, only one discount code may be used at a time. Promotions and discount codes cannot be stacked. All sales from a promotion is final sale.
